Application example of treatment mine containing arsenic wastewater

Xiangxi Gold Mine Woxi smelter, the smelting fine antimony dross generated in addition to arsenic, wherein the arsenic. In recent years, the mine has comprehensively recovered sodium arsenate mixed salt for the arsenic alkali residue while recovering sodium citrate and metal ruthenium therein.
The process taken is:
Broken: the feed size is ≤125mm, and the discharge size is ≤25mm;
Ball milling: feed size ≤ 25mm, discharge particle size ≤ 3mm;
Leaching: liquid-solid ratio 3:1, leaching time 0.5h, leaching rate 35%;
Leaching slag filtration: 30% water after filtration;
Two washes: liquid to solid ratio of 2:1.
Drying dregs: 30% water before drying and 8% water after drying.
Evaporation crystallization: evaporation temperature 104-105 ° C, crystallization end temperature 30 ° C.
After filtration the aqueous sodium arsenate crystals <5%, the iron contained in the finished cartridge. The product sodium arsenate mixed salt, its chemical composition is shown in Table 1.
