From a brand perspective, Guangdong has been the home base of Japanese brands. This situation has not changed since last year. Toyota, Nissan and Honda have firmly occupied more than 33% of the market.

However, the situation of the market in Shenzhen alone this year will change with the implementation of the licensing policy. According to the distribution of the indicators on the card, this year's Shenzhen local market has a new target of 100,000, which means that the total market in Shenzhen will fall from nearly 500,000 to 100,000 to 150,000.
The analysis pointed out that from a holistic point of view, the Shenzhen limit has a limited impact on the Guangdong market. A considerable part of the Shenzhen market's approximately 500,000 units this year belongs to the purchasing power of the Guangzhou market. With the implementation of the licensing policy, this purchasing power will be transferred to Qingyuan, Huizhou and other places.
At present, many domestic auto companies are also in the observation period, which does not actually reduce the sales target of the Guangdong market.
Japanese brands are still the leading companies. From the perspective of various companies, last year's top 10 brands in Guangdong, FAW Toyota was 152,300, Dongfeng Nissan was 148,500, Guangqi Honda was 100,600, and Shanghai GM was 87,200. FAW-Volkswagen was 74,300, Shanghai Volkswagen was 71,900, Guangzhou Automobile Toyota was 71,600, Changan Ford was 71,400, Beijing Hyundai was 69,000, and Dongfeng Honda was 59,300.
It also shows that the three major Japanese brands still occupy a dominant position in the Guangdong market. Among the top ten car companies, the top three are Japanese brands, and Guangzhou Automobile Toyota and Dongfeng Honda are ranked 7th and 10th.
From the brand perspective, Toyota has 224,043 vehicles in Honda, 159,998 in Honda, 148,587 in Nissan and 146,375 in Volkswagen. The overall share of the three major Japanese brands has exceeded 33%.
From the perspective of various market segments, Japanese brands are mainly benefiting from the outstanding performance of A-class cars and SUV models. It is reported that in the A-class car, the sales volume of Corolla and Corolla is 78,900, and the sales volume of Xuanyi is 72,300, which exceeds the Fox, which is leading in the national market, ranking first and second; Ling Pai is ranked third with 37,300. four.

5.Clean soft water must be used for chilled water and hot water system. Every year, wafer chemical treatment must be performed to eliminate the contamination in the system and apply compressed air or wafer for cleansing the fin coil surface, drain pan and U-trap bend.
6.Regular checking must be performed for the motor bearing lubrication condition and belt tightness.
