Data Acquisition This software mainly performs functions such as signal processing, dual display of numerical graphs, judgment of alarm limit setting, data compression and storage. The working state of the rotating machine is divided into start-stop and continuous running states. For the sampled data, the maximum and minimum values ​​of each channel data are averaged, and then the peak-to-peak value of all channels is sent to the display buffer for histogram, curve and numerical display. The real-time data is compared with the preset alarm value. If the limit is exceeded, the audio channel and the speaker are used for the audible alarm, and the alarm output is performed by the color change on the display.

Status diagnostics and interface displays provide diagnostic strategies and maintenance consulting services in addition to the type, nature, and location of the fault. In the software compilation, probabilistic statistics, fuzzy mathematics, neural network and other analytical methods are used to analyze the dynamic data including the frequency amplitude, low frequency, first frequency and other frequency doubling spectrum values, one frequency and two frequency phase values. Diagnostic analysis is performed on the rate of change of frequency, first frequency and second frequency amplitude.
