1. Before starting the pump, check whether the lubrication of each part is good, whether the screw is loose, the belt is tight, whether there is any debris in the pump pool, whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the disc is light, whether there is friction and impact sound in the pump, and Is the belt cover tightly fastened?
2. Before the pump is started, check the water seal packing condition and find that the water leakage should adjust the buckle or replace the packing.
3. Do not use wet hands when starting, apply one-hand side operation.
4. After the pump is started, the amount of added water should be adjusted reasonably according to the liquid level to ensure the liquid level is stable and prevent the pump from breathing.
5. Always check the motor, bearing temperature and lubrication of each part during operation. Do not touch the rotating part, and do not remove the safety device at will.
6. Use the return water pump strictly according to the operating procedures, and regularly replenish the return water, not only to ensure the process water, but also to prevent the return pool from overflowing.
7, parking in winter, no water in the pump and pipeline to avoid freezing.
8. When the temporary power failure or accident parking, immediately pull down the start switch and close the sewage discharge valve.
