· Plot plan & layout constraints

· Accessibility for cleaning and maintenance

· Considerations for future expansions

· Mechanical considerations such as: 1) material of construction; 2) thermal stresses (during startup, shutdown; process upset and clean out conditions); 3) impingemen protection
