Tire Manufacturing Technology Innovation Alliance "Settled" in Hangzhou

As one of the most important parts of a car, the quality of the tire directly affects the safety of the car. Hangzhou Zhongce, one of the largest tire manufacturers in China, has officially set up an intelligent tire manufacturing technology innovation alliance recently after the launch of the project to build the country's largest tire base in Jiangsu.

The reporter learned that the main research content of this alliance is intelligent tire manufacturing technology and new rubber extrusion technology. It was initiated by China Chemical Industry Guilin Engineering Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. The first batch of members also included Shaoxing Jingcheng Rubber & Plastics. Machinery Co., Ltd. and Harbin Institute of Technology, Dalian University of Technology and other universities.

Zhongce Rubber intends to build an intelligent tire factory, starting from raw materials and components processing area, through research and development, providing a full set of automated conveyor equipment, starting from satisfying operational requirements, focusing on product quality and precise timing, and achieving internal logistics for tire production. Intelligent management; new rubber extrusion technology is dedicated to tire new concept design, product expansion and adaptability, as well as intelligent, information technology applications.
