Among them, Volkswagen Caddy became the best-selling commercial vehicle model for the public in 2009 with sales of 139,826 units. The sales volume of the T5 series models was followed by 116,503 units. In 2009, Volkswagen’s commercial vehicles ranked first in sales in the European market and the German market. Stephan Schaller predicted that the global commercial vehicle market in 2010 is still not optimistic, but compared with 2009, market demand in 2010 will be somewhat warmer.
