Alternative energy heavy trucks have opened up the market in Shanxi, and the use of alternative energy heavy trucks in Shanxi is second only to Xinjiang. Specifically, CNG heavy trucks were promoted earlier in Shanxi. At present, natural gas heavy trucks in Shanxi Province are mainly CNG products. The number of holdings has reached 1,500 vehicles, of which Shaanxi Automobile has the largest share.
The reason why natural gas heavy trucks can be rapidly promoted in Shanxi is closely related to transportation costs. LNG heavy truck prospects are promising
There are still bottlenecks in the hardware construction of filling stations in Taiyuan and other places. A taxi driver stated that at present Taiyuan’s filling stations only serve buses and taxis, and the average time for refilling each time is about one hour.
Therefore, the main market for heavy truck trucks in Shanxi is near Jincheng, because Jincheng is rich in coalbed methane and related supporting measures have taken the lead. “At present, CNG heavy trucks that we sell in Taiyuan are mainly bought by large transport groups. However, CNG heavy trucks have a drawback, that is, shorter mileage. The reporter learned that CNG heavy truck cruising mileage is often less than 600 kilometers. Some users have stated that they do not necessarily achieve ideal values ​​when they actually use it.
"The cost of CNG fuel transportation is very high. A tanker for transporting CNG, with the price of vehicles and cans between 1.3 million and 1.5 million, is not conducive to large-scale promotion. Therefore, the market prospect of LNG heavy trucks is even more worth looking forward to. The price and use of LNG heavy trucks The cost is not much different from the CNG heavy truck, but the mileage is longer, it can break 1,000 kilometers, and the fuel transportation is convenient,†said one industry insider. At present, LNG heavy trucks such as Shaanxi Auto, China National Heavy Duty Truck, Dongfeng, and Chang'an Heavy Truck have already been delivered to Shanxi users for trials and achieved a small amount of sales.
