How to install explosion-proof mobile work light
1. For lamps installed in a row in the same room or place, the centerline deviation should not be greater than 5 mm;
2. Fixation of lamps should be firm and reliable. The number of screws or bolts used for fixing each lamp should not be less than two; when the diameter of the insulating table is 75 mm or less, one screw or bolt can be used for fixing;
3. Each set of lamps should be equipped with fuses on the phase line. Lead wires introduced into the street lamp from overhead lines should be made with waterproof bends at the entrance of the lamp;
4. When the steel pipe is used as the hanger of the lamp, the inner diameter of the steel pipe should not be less than 10 mm; the thickness of the steel pipe wall should not be less than 1.5 mm;
5. The wires should be laid on the inside of the mobile frame. When moving the frame, the wire should not be pulled or worn. When the weight of the pendant lamp is greater than 3 kg, it should be fixed with a pre-embedded hook or bolt; when the weight of the flexible pendant lamp is greater than 1 kg, a hanging chain should be added;
6. The light wires of the hanging chain lamps should not be pulled, and the light wires should be interlaced with the hanging chain;
7. The installation height of the lamp should be greater than 5 meters, the wire should be connected to the lamp through the terminal, and should not be close to the surface of the lamp;
8. Fluorescent lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps and their accessories should be used together, and the installation location should be convenient for inspection and maintenance;
