Sprinkler maintenance details
The life of the sprinkler depends on the maintenance. Therefore, the driver of the sprinkler should pay more attention to the maintenance details. Maintenance details have the following aspects:
(1) Check the tightness of the mini water truck fan belt and adjust it.
(2) Check and clean the carburetor, gasoline pump, fuel filter, and air filter (change oil if necessary).
(3) Clean crude oil, fine filter and filter element, release sediment from the filter, check the amount and quality of the oil, check the lubrication system (joint) for oil leakage, and tighten the oil pan bolts.
(4) Check the sprinkler radiators, water pump fixings, leaks in the pipes, performance of the shutters, and lubrication of the pump shaft.
(5) Start the sprinkler engine and listen for the noise from the sprinkler engine during idle, medium and high speed operation.
(6) Check the fastening of the sprinkler cylinder head, intake and exhaust manifolds, and the muffler system. Check and tighten the engine mounting bolts, nuts, and flywheel housing bolts.
(7) Check the fixed condition of the sprinkler air compressor and whether there is oil leakage or air leakage in the pipeline, and exclude the oil and water and dirt in the air reservoir.
