Due to the large diameter, it is inconvenient for the overall transport to enter the market and finally be determined at the site. Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. Huizhou Project Department overcame the difficulty of delaying the supply of composite steel plates by nearly five months. Under the unified deployment of Ningbo Engineering Company, the project manager was established as the team leader, and the owners, general contractors, supervision and installation units jointly participated. The on-site manufacturing coordination team of the vacuum tower has taken the tower's manufacturing as the most critical route of the installation to ensure that the installation is completed on time.

At 15:56 in the afternoon on October 30th, with the whistle of the hoisting command, the largest vacuum tower in China, contracted by EPC of Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd., is a CNOOC Huizhou Refinery 12 million tons/year vacuum tower skirt. The first section of the seat officially lifted and was successfully hoisted into place after 15 minutes. This marks the beginning of the lifting of large-scale equipment for the entire CNOOC Huizhou refinery project.
