The R2101 plate welding hydrogenation reactor manufactured by Daqing Petrochemical is the main equipment of the 1.2 million tonne/year diesel hydrotreating unit. The design pressure is 8.6MPa and the design temperature is 450°C. It belongs to high temperature and high pressure equipment and must be selected for high temperature and strength. The heat-resistant steel serves as the outer wall material.
