Among them, in the high-pressure common rail system of heavy-duty diesel engines, the maximum allowable working pressure is 2000bar, the limit working pressure is 2200bar, and the working temperature is -40-120°C; the high-pressure oil pump assembly is designed as a two-cylinder inline structure with a displacement of 3000mm3. The maximum allowable speed is 1300rpm. The oil pump is an integrated gear type oil pump. The common rail tube assembly adopts the integral forging structure and integrates the limp home function; the injector assembly has the minimum idle pressure of 300bar and the minimum starting pressure of 200bar. The cycle of the maximum number of work 5 times, the minimum pre, the main injection time interval 200us, the minimum pilot injection volume 0.5mm3/shot, no static oil return, injector flow range 800-2000ml/min, the number of holes 5-9; electricity The control unit adopts ECU10 platform, 12V/24V system is universal, configurable, and can be tailored to meet the requirements of different domestic customers in the national fourth and national five phases. Based on 32-bit high-performance single-chip microcomputer, the product features are covered by mainstream foreign products in the market. For the ECU electronic control platform of the gasoline engine that was first exhibited by Xinfeng Group, its function is 12V system, 32-bit high-performance single-chip microcomputer is adopted, it meets the national five emission standards, complete OBD function, and 90/121-pin connector selection can be installed. In the engine room and cockpit, the torque-based power system integrates management and comprehensive control functions, and has passed the capital verification tests of third-party international agencies. The application of products in foreign countries and four projects has entered the stage of mass sales. The longest operating mileage of batch-produced vehicles has exceeded 100,000 kilometers.
