Stage height. It mainly depends on the degree of inclination, thickness and shape of the ore body, and is generally 40 to 60 m. Some mines increase the stage height to 80-120m.
Segment height. It is directly related to the quasi-engineering quantity and the depletion of ore loss. When the inclination of the ore body is less than 70°, the ore loss of the lower plate increases with the increase of the segment height; the accuracy ratio decreases with the increase of the segment height; The stability of the roadway is adapted to ensure that the electric roadway is not damaged during the mining. The segment height commonly used in actual production is 15 to 30 m.
The horizontal section size of the segment. Its size mainly depends on the thickness of the ore body, the stability of the ore (allowing the area of ​​the bottoming), the rock drilling equipment (drilling depth of the hole), the reasonable transport distance of the electric picking and the spacing of the electric roadway. For example, when the thickness of the ore body is less than 15 m, the electric roadway is generally arranged along the direction of the ore body, and the length of the ore block is often determined according to the transport distance. In the thick ore body, the vertical ore body is used to arrange the electric roadway. When this arrangement is adopted, the division of the ore block is not obvious. Generally, several electric roadways are arranged as one piece according to the mining project.
The height of the bottom column. The height of the bottom column depends mainly on the stability of the ore and the form of the mine roadway. When the bottom structure of the funnel is adopted, the height of the bottom column of each stage is generally 5-7 m. The bottom section of the lower section is provided with the ore discharging shaft for storing ore, so as to eliminate the mutual restraint between the antimony ore and the stage transportation. The height of the column is generally 11 to 13 m.
The distance between the roadway and the transport distance. Under the premise of ensuring the stability of the bottom column of the ore block, the spacing of the electric roadway should be reduced to improve the recovery rate of the ore, and the general variation is in the range of 10-15 m. The transport distance is generally 30m, and increasing the transport distance will significantly reduce the efficiency of the mine.
Funnel spacing. The funnel pitch is generally 5 to 7.5 m, and the specification is (1.8 to 2.0) × (1.8 to 2.0) m. In recent years, some mines have increased the size of the funnel neck to 2.5×2.5m in order to improve the ore flowability, reduce the number of clogging and reduce the clogging position. According to the arrangement of the ore funnel, there are two types of layouts, one-side and two-side according to the ore body shape and the size of the ore block. The two-sided arrangement can be divided into two types: symmetric arrangement and staggered arrangement.
