In early August, due to changes in the external market conditions, Qilu Company ordered the reduction of ethylene production. While the olefin plant implemented a 9+1 lower load operation on the ethylene plant, it also explored a new operating mode that reduced the energy consumption of the plant and increased the production of high-profit propylene and mixed-carbon products. Under the premise that the quality of raw materials was not greatly improved, they adjusted the depth of cracking and the ratio of cracking furnace gasoline, significantly reducing the export temperature and outlet pressure of the cracking furnace. After adjustment, the propylene yield in the month increased by 0.44 percentage points from the previous average, and the mixed carbon Increased by 0.79 percentage points. And to overcome the past low-load operation to bring "big horse-drawn cars," the energy waste, ethylene equipment, burning energy consumption to maintain a good level of 651.05 kg per ton of standard oil. The exploration of the cracking depth of ethylene plants laid the foundation for establishing a new energy-saving operation mode and improving the operation mode of different product yields. Qilu ethylene took a big step in the pursuit of refined and economical operation.
