The repairman disassembled the gearbox and found no fault, but he was still unable to perform normal work after being replaced. Had to ask the repairman to replace the gear, the fork, the fork shaft, the fork spring, the steel ball, etc., and the result still cannot be eliminated. The machine operator went to the agricultural station for assistance. I checked: 1. The lever, the main gear lever, the correct position of the operation part; 2. The dismantling of the gearbox cover, the checkout of the fork meshing position and installation are all in accordance with the requirements; 3. Each Gears, shafts, bearings, etc. are all intact. When in-depth inspection of the rotary cultivator gear box, found that the gear is worn and the gear teeth are not straight, slanting sliding edge, so when using the second gear, the third gear, because the tilting force of the rotary cultivator gear is greater than the positioning force of the fork ball spring, The reverse gear is caused to slide to the reverse gear position to cause chaos. The normal use of the first gear is because a gear of the reverse gear and the gear of the cultivator are always meshed with each other, and the first gear is meshed with the main shaft teeth.
