Silan Microelectronics Introduces SCR Dimmable LED Lighting Driver SDH700X

LED lighting is one of the core strategic product lines of Silan Microelectronics. The company has carried out continuous research and development on LED lighting driver series chips and solutions. In the early stage, it has launched five series of dozens of driver chips for independent innovation. Recently, a new generation of LED lighting products thyristor dimming LED lighting driver SDH700X has been introduced, which solves the most important external component simplification and integrated packaging of LED lighting driving. The solution can be widely applied to LED spotlights and fluorescent lamps. Different thyristor dimming lighting fields such as bulbs, downlights and ceiling lamps. SDH700X is a non-isolated LED driver control chip dedicated to thyristor dimming. The chip adopts non-isolated buck-boost structure. The unique dimming control method of Silan Microelectronics is suitable for most of the products. Silicon controlled dimmer. The current accuracy is high when the maximum conduction angle of the chip is high, which can reach 3; the chip power supply problem of the thyristor dimmer with a small conduction angle is solved by the built-in high voltage power supply module. The SDH700X has built-in multiple protection functions to enhance system reliability, including output open-circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, feedback loop open circuit protection, sampling resistor open circuit protection, and over temperature protection. All protections have an automatic restart function. At the same time, the SDH700X adopts the high-voltage start-up patent of Silan Microelectronics and has a built-in high-voltage start-up circuit for fast start-up. In addition, the SDH700X has a built-in high-voltage power MOSFET in a SOP-16 package, which effectively saves system cost and overall machine size. The linearity and load regulation of the system are excellent, and the influence of the dimmer without the current is small.

Super-Soft PVC/Nitrile Sponge Rubber

A new semi-closed cell version has been developed as an alternative to Nitto and Armacell grades. The product is a standard PVC/Nitrile sponge rubber and the cells have been crushed to open some of them up to create a soft low compression seal product.
