Chromite processing method

The present invention is a preparation of sodium chromium and chromium-containing refractories, the object is to ensure that the slag is processed into a solid refractory material, to create non-toxic process and reducing alkali consumption. The chromite ore used contains SiO2 ≤ 0.7% and satisfies the condition 27 ≤ C ≤ 2.482X-90, where C is the number of soda ash in 100 kg of chromite ore, C = 1.585X + 2.363A + 1.509F-5 .975M, X, A, F, M are the mass percentages of Cr2O3, Al2O3, and total Fe2O3 porpoise MgO in chromite. This method can process waste slag into refractory and reduce alkali consumption.
