First, the establishment of a lime blower to enable the wind adjustment leading group

Second, preparations before the adjustment of the wind:

In order to ensure the normal operation of the lime hurricane well on April 26 and the smooth adjustment of the wind, the whole mine will be shut down for one day on April 26, and the following preparations will be made:

1. The deputy mine manager is responsible for adjusting the blades of the new fan to minus five degrees and testing the vehicle before April 20 to ensure that the new fan will operate normally.

2, led by the chief engineer Yi Shaozhen, one of the three defense director Xu Weizhong, one pass three defense supervision Dong Wei together on April 22 to check and accept the new underground facilities, found that the problem was rectified within April 23.

3. The safety supervision department is responsible for the complete inspection of the telephones in the main tunnels before the April 24th to ensure the smooth communication of the underground during the air conditioning.

4. The whole mine was evacuated to the ground except for the personnel preparing for the adjustment of the wind before 4:00 am on April 26, and the personnel preparing for the adjustment of the wind were before 7:00 on the morning of the 26th. Withdraw to the ground.

5. The electromechanical team is responsible for pumping out all the water in the well before the 4:00 am on April 26 and reporting to the dispatch room.

6. The head of the three-way defense department, Xu Weizhong, is responsible for removing the temporary damper in the limestone sluice well before the 6:00 pm on April 26, and all the permanent dampers of the lime hurricane well should be removed before the fan is opened. The fan butterfly valve is closed. Starting from 5:00 on the 26th, the damper in the ±0 south and north transportation lanes will be stopped and the local ventilator will be stopped, the damper in the south section of the +60 medium coal group, and the +130 yard damper. The dampers in the +130K5 South Lane are all open. Before April 25, the two positive dampers and two reverse dampers of the +130 China Coal Group returning to the wind back to the +130 outer coal group will be completed before 6:00 pm on April 26 The four dampers were closed and reported to the dispatching room on site.

7. Send one electrician and one pump driver to the +60 central pump house to cut off all power supplies outside the +60 central pump house at 7:30 on April 26 and be on duty.

Third, the wind adjustment program

1. System changes. After the adjustment of the wind, the +130K5 transport lane, +130 longwall working face, the +60 level to the +130 level south end of the original ventilation for the opening of the air flow direction reversed, +130 medium coal group stone door and new work back wind The alley and the +130K5 transport lane are separated by a damper and a closed wall. The limestone hurricane uphill is changed from the one-head roadway to the south wing total return airway. There was no change in the direction of the wind flow in the rest of the well. 2. Air distribution. It is expected that the operation of lime sluice fan will increase the inlet air of the mine by about 1500m3/min. According to the characteristics of the new system line, the ventilation resistance of the north wind well will be reduced. Therefore, the air volume of the north wind well fan will not be calculated temporarily, so the total air intake of the mine is not calculated. With the result of 1500 plus the latest wind measurement (April 10), the total intake air is 1060 m3/min is equal to 2650 m3/min. The distribution basis is based on the current number of faces and the characteristics of the working face. Fourth, the wind scene personnel organization

The wind adjustment is divided into a fan start group and three test wind adjustment groups. The specific work assignments are as follows:

1. Fan start-up group: led by Wang Qifu, the deputy mine head of the electromechanical department, an electrician, two wind turbine drivers on the 26th of April at 8:30 am to the limestone fan room to stand by, immediately after the start of the general command to start the fan and Reporting, the fan was reported to the commander for half an hour after the operation of the equipment. The deputy head of the team, Ying Ming, took an electrician to the 2.5m winch room substation at 8:30 on April 26, and listened to Wang Qifu at any time. instruction.

3. After receiving the instructions, they will be surveyed by the pedestrians. They will be responsible for measuring the air volume of the inclined shaft and report to the dispatching room, and then according to the instructions to +60. The south and north transportation lanes of the China Coal Group will be measured, tempered, and the results of the wind adjustment will be reported to the general command at any time.

After receiving the instructions, they will go down the well and go to the +60 to ±0 dark inclined wells to measure the air volume. Report to the dispatching room, then go to the ±0 South and North transport lanes to measure and adjust the wind, and report the wind results to the general command at any time.

5. After the completion of the work of each test and wind regulation group, it will be on standby for gas emission preparation work.

6. After confirming that the work of each test and adjustment group has been completed, the chief commander informs the +60 central substation to supply power to each mining area.

7. All work must be contacted with the commander at the designated place in the underground. After each process is confirmed, the next process can be started. After all the work is completed, report to the well (or the post), and the work can be started after permission.

V. Gas emissions:
