Restricted by foreign related companies, at present, China's construction machinery parts are like a rope covering the neck of a company, making it difficult for food safety. Recently, the reporter visited Ma Chuanwei, Secretary-General of the Engineering Machinery Components Sub-committee of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, and asked him to talk about the current problems and development prospects of China's construction machinery accessory industry.

Matching parts restriction

At present, China's construction machinery, especially small construction machinery, has a broad market prospect. The market outlook for small excavators is optimistic. In addition, the market for small construction machinery, such as boom-lift forklifts and skid-steer loaders, will also undergo significant development during the cultivation process. But so far, the pumps, valves, hydraulic parts and other accessories required by small-scale construction machinery are all basically dependent on imports. The foreign partner companies, first to meet the needs of their domestic companies, the second to meet the needs of foreign-funded enterprises in China, the third to take into account the needs of Chinese companies. This situation will become more and more obvious to China's construction machinery manufacturing enterprises. In this year's construction machinery enterprises in China, some companies have paid for foreign companies for over a year and a half. They are still unable to get the goods, such as Hefei Zhenyu; some companies have installed a valve, but one valve is missing. Japanese companies have not been able to supply them as Yuchai Machinery; last year's Xu excavation machinery was ordered to Japanese companies at the beginning of the year, and the results did not arrive at the end of the year, resulting in zero output of excavators. In addition, the price of a full range of hydraulic systems purchased from foreign countries generally has no room for negotiation. In addition, factors such as pre-sales and after-sales services are not in place, which greatly restricts the development of domestic construction machinery enterprises.

Select the breach

In view of the overall level of development of China's construction machinery and the current specific conditions, Ma Chuanwei suggested that small excavators and other small construction machinery parts should be used as breakthroughs to promote the overall development of China's construction machinery parts industry.

At the annual meeting of China Construction Machinery Fittings Industry, Ma Chuanwei and the relevant person in charge of the accessory branch recommended that manufacturers pay attention to focusing on small excavator accessories to take into account other small construction machinery parts, and small excavator parts. As a breakthrough, it has driven the full development of other small construction machinery parts.

To realize the all-round development of small construction machinery and accessories including small excavators, it is an important link to realize its hydrostatic transmission. At present, the hydraulic components required for small-scale construction machinery, such as small wheel loaders, backhoe loaders (two busy), skid steer loaders, telehandlers, and small-tonnage forklift trucks, etc. Partly imported. Internationally, loaders under 3.0 tonnage in most advanced countries have mostly achieved hydrostatic transmission. However, the loaders that produce more than 100,000 units per year in China are almost all hydraulic transmissions. At present, the only domestic company that can produce static pressure transmission components is Shandong Longtai Company. This private enterprise can produce static pressure transmission loaders below 3.0 tons, but it is only just beginning production and it is still immature.

In addition to the constraints of key technologies, Ma Chuanwei believes that another important aspect of the gap between China's construction machinery parts and foreign products lies in its reliability. The production of 10 pieces and 8 pieces in small batches is reliable, and the quantity is unreliable. Product reliability is related to management, process equipment, and process routes. In general, the factors that currently affect the reliability of Chinese components are mainly raw materials, especially the quality of steel products. Domestic construction machinery enterprises are generally not large in size and require special purchases from steel mills. Others ignore them. There is also a gap between technology and equipment and foreign countries. There are flexible production lines abroad and each program has strict controls. There are also problems with heat treatment. The reliability of the kits produced in this way is not good, which leads to the inability of the host to improve its quality. If the construction machinery products produced by foreign companies are generally the first failure in 1000 hours, our products will only have 400, 500 hours. Reliability problems are not resolved, domestic kits are sold cheaper, and users will not buy it.

5. Fork (V) arm

This kind of vehicle control arm is mostly used in the upper and lower arms of double wishbone independent suspension and the lower arm of McPherson suspension. The fork structure of the arm body mainly transfers the transverse load.

6. Triangular arm

This kind of vehicle control arm is mostly used in the lower arm of the front suspension McPherson suspension, which is used to transfer the transverse and longitudinal load and control the relative movement of the wheel and the body.
