Parker Hannifin's new valve crack cleaning problem

The need for flow control of mud and aggressive liquids in semiconductors and certain clean areas is being simplified by a new fluoropolymer diaphragm valve from Parker Hannifin (Parker Hannifin) Partek Division.

Known as the 20 Series, this new product features a unique flow channel and seat area that optimizes flow dynamics with minimal pressure, increases flow rates, and is resistant to aggressive media. Therefore, the 20 series valves have a life span of more than one million revolutions in mud applications.

Partek's new valves are fully compliant with the SEMI-F57-0301 standard. The valve body made of 100% ultra-pure PTFE has excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals and an integrated high-precision valve membrane.

It is initially available in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 in (in) three-section cross-sectional areas with port sizes ranging from 1/4t to 1-1/4in (inches), and it also offers industry-standard Parflare Or the end of the Nippon Pillar S300.

The design of this valve is very beneficial to save critical clean space and processing space. For example, the 1/4-inch version has a body size of only 1.5x1.25x2.91in (LxWxH). It is also available in manual and pneumatic starting configurations.
