The quartz sandstone of the Leizhuang sandstone mine of Yaohua Glass Factory in Qinhuangdao is densely cemented, with hard ore, f=18 and wear index of 0.6204. The dry three-stage roll process and the bottle type kiln calcination process are used respectively. After the "seventh five-year plan", the first wet-drilling line with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year was built in China. The process flow is shown in the figure below. The key equipment rod mill in this process is φ1800mm×3000mm peripheral discharge type.
